I wanted to tell you what a superb job Jeff has done for us here at Nokia. I have been wrestling with an equipment manifest/invoicing reconciliation issue for weeks. I was informed by several so-called "experts" in the subject matter that the serial numbers for the equipment I needed to match up could simply not be found and we would have to write off the projected revenue as a loss. I turned to Jeff to see if he could help find any of the serial numbers that were still unmatched to equipment and he was able to find 70 pieces that would have been lost money.

Here is the breakdown:

65 were TSPB (EDGE radios), at a cost of roughly $1500, the remaining 5 items are BB2E's and not billable.

Jeff found NOKIA: $ 97,500 that otherwise would have been lost.

You have quite an employee in Jeff; he has a great attitude, a teamwork mentality, and has always been there to help solve our problems.
